Refunds and Returns Policy

At Bebo Living, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted to order. Our collections reflect a commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and considered design. To maintain clarity and transparency, the following policy applies.

Change of Mind

As many of our pieces are custom made or produced to order, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preference. This includes sale items and gift cards, which are non-refundable.

Custom-made items are created specifically for you and cannot be returned as the item is not part of our standard catalog offering.

Colour, Material and finish Variation

We take great care to present our products as accurately as possible. However, subtle variations in colour, texture, grain, or finish may occur due to:

  • Natural characteristics of materials and fabrics

  • Lighting conditions and photography

  • Individual screen or monitor settings

These variations are inherent to bespoke design and are not considered faults.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Should your order arrive damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please notify Bebo Living within 48 hours of delivery (or within 3 days for furniture items).

To assist our assessment, we require:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Clear photographs

  • A detailed description of the concern

All claims are reviewed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Our Commitment to Resolution

If an issue is confirmed, Bebo Living will, at its discretion:

  • Repair or Replace
    Where a manufacturing fault is identified, the item will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

  • Alternative Resolution
    If repair or replacement is not possible, we will work with you to determine an appropriate alternative, which may include a replacement piece or refund, where required under ACL.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered where:

  • We are unable to repair or replace the item after reasonable attempts; or

  • The product is deemed to have a major failure under Australian Consumer Law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

Returns Process (where applicable)

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via email to enquiries@beboliving.com.au

  • Prior to returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) from Bebo Living

  • Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted

  • Items must be returned using a tracked courier or postal service

  • Processing will commence once the item has been received and inspected

Please allow up to 5 business days from receipt for return processing.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total order value, reflecting materials, craftsmanship, and production scheduling already undertaken.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where an error has occurred on the part of Bebo Living or its delivery partners.

Exclusions

Refunds or remedies will not be provided for:

  • Natural or minor variations in materials or finishes

  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or post-delivery handling

  • Items not maintained in accordance with provided care instructions

  • Bespoke pieces that cannot be resold

Product Warranty

Any applicable manufacturer’s warranty will be honoured where a product is found to be faulty.
